Our goal is to make your day-to-day operations as smooth as possible, also when you run into issues in the store, and you need first aid with your software.
At IT Servicedesk we have been doing installations and supporting many physical stores with their POS. We have also installed and migrated new ones all around Denmark.
What kind of Services do you offer?
We offer first line support, which means that we are your employees first aid when the systems are down. All you employees need to do is to give us a call, and we will help them remote.
If there is a need, then a technician will be offered.

WHAT POS SYSTEMS DO YOU SUPPORT?
In theory, we support most big Danish POS systems, like for instance FlexPOS or POSone. But you have your own system, it’s also possible to find a solution.
Why would you want to outsource your support?

A POS system can have its downtime and errors, but it isn’t solely the system that can be the cause of the issue. In many cases, it can be other problems that are creating issues in your store. It can be telecommunications, the internet, printers, internal network, or it can be connected apps like “Click and Collect” types of apps.

Do you need help for your back-office?
Don’t worry we also cover you here. So if you need support for your store back-office, we can provide support for communication and hardware. And if you work with Microsoft products, we can also support you with our Microsoft Agreement.
